Meet Margaret

Margaret Briem’s life didn’t follow a traditional path—it demanded leadership.
From serving in Army Military Intelligence to raising a family of 14 children—including nine adopted with special needs—she has lived at the intersection of responsibility, resilience, and real-world systems.
Her experience navigating foster care, education, and government systems revealed a hard truth: too often, the systems designed to help families are the ones failing them.
That realization led her to step into the public arena—running a congressional campaign in a competitive district and bringing real-world experience into policy conversations.
Today, she continues that mission by speaking, advising, and advocating for stronger families, better systems, and accountable leadership.
